KRS Resource Management Pty Ltd (KRS) is committed to protecting
your privacy and will treat all personal information provided to it
in accordance with the National Principles for the fair handling of
personal information, pursuant to the Privacy Amendment (Private
Sector) Act 2000.
The statement that follows explains how KRS collects, uses,
discloses and protects the information we collect from you.
2. Collection of Information
KRS may collect personal information from you through hardcopy forms
or through forms provided by KRS’ web site.
KRS will only collect and store that information which it reasonably
requires to do business with you or which is necessary:

of KRS programmes and programmes in which KRS are engaged by
our clients to facilitate on their behalf eg BP Accredited

KRS will not collect or monitor any personal information about you

personal details without prior authorisation unless it is:

Personal information is not collected when you browse the web site
anonymously. Browsing is anonymous until personal information is
required to make an enquiry or complete an on-line form. When you
engage in activities such as on-line inquiries, you may be required
to submit personal information to KRS. This information will include
data such as you name, company name, address, phone number, fax
number, and e-mail address. If you choose not to provide the
information that is requested by KRS, you may continue to visit the
site but you may be unable to access certain services or secure
pages.
3. Use and Disclosure of Information
The primary purpose in collecting your information is to fulfil our
business commitments to you in providing information about the
programmes that we facilitate and to efficiently administer HSSE
training and accreditation programs.
KRS does not permit third parties to use information about you other
than to perform services that KRS has contracted with them to
provide. All suppliers, agents and third party companies sign a
confidentiality agreement with the KRS. KRS does not sell personal
information to third parties.
4. Links to Other Websites
KRS has links to third party websites that provide additional
information, services and benefits. KRS assumes no responsibility
for the information practices of third-party internet sites where a
user of the KRS website is able to access non-KRS internet sites
through ours. You are encouraged to review each internet site's
privacy policy before disclosing any personal information.
5. Storage and Security of Personal Information
KRS stores personal information in a range of paper-based and
electronic forms. KRS will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure
that you only provide personal information in a secure environment
and when the information is no longer needed it will be destroyed or
permanently rendered anonymous.
Our ISP protects the security of your personal data during
transmission by using Security Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which
encrypts information you input. They also operate secure data
networks protected by an industry standard firewall and password
protection system.
Notwithstanding the fact that we take all reasonable steps to
protect your personal data including the use of encryption
technology, we cannot guarantee the security of any data you
disclose on-line. You can assist us to keep your personal
information secure by ensuring that any password you use on our
website is kept strictly confidential, and by logging off when you
have finished using a shared computer.
KRS limits employee access to the servers and databases that store
user information. We have taken all reasonable steps to prevent
unauthorised access, disclosure, loss, misuse or alteration of data.
You should be aware of the inherent risks associated with the

Our Internet Service Provider has assured us that no cookies are
employed on this web site.

KRS attempts to ensure that all personal information collected and
stored is correct and accurate. You are entitled to request
reasonable access to the information we hold about you. If you wish
