KRS Resource Management Pty Ltd has been in operation for 10 years having been incorporated in 1998.

Our core business is Occupational Health, Safety, Security, Environmental and Quality (HSSEQ) consultation and auditing. We have the qualifications and experience to assist businesses in developing HSSEQ management systems, conduct compliance auditing programmes, and provide staff training.

Major Projects

BP Accredited Contractor Program. KRS are the appointed Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) auditors for BP Australia and BP New Zealand,to audit our client’s contractual workforce to ensure that they are meeting predefined standards in HSSE together with client requirements. We currently assess some 800 businesses annually which are engaged by all of BP’s business units: from refinery to retail including subsidiary companies such as Castrol The organisational size of these companies range from multinational companies to owner operated businesses. The services provided to our clients by their contractual workforce are quite diverse - specialised petrochem engineering to generic trade services.

Ipro Solutions Pty Ltd (IPro Live) Compliance Auditors. KRS are the appointed HSE auditors for the Ipro LiVe® compliance/verification system with respect to Harvey Norman and ALMC (Australasian Lubricants Manufacturing Company) suppliers.

Key Staff

Ken Stehbens Managing Director/ General Manager	Ken has over 13 years experience in the field of HSSE having started KRS with his wife Robyn in 1998. Previous to KRS Ken was a Detective with the Queensland Police Service and as such brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in security management. Ken also has extensive experience in the field of information technology and has used this experience in developing database applications and web design used by clients.
Robyn Stehbens Director/ Operations Manager	Robyn has some 20 years experience in the petro-chemical industry and has been actively involved in HSSE auditing for the past 14 years. Prior to starting KRS she was the National Training and Audit Manager for another national resource managment company. Robyn is responsible to coordinate all of KRS' projects. Robyn is an qualified Advanced (Lead) Auditor in Occupational Health & Safety (NSCA) and has a Certificate IV in Occupational Health & Safety, and is a government certified Workplace Health & Safety Officer (QLD).
Senior Auditors/ Project Managers	Senior Auditors/Project Managers are responsible to the Operations Manager for the day to day management of projects and for the training and development of auditors. They have extensive auditing experience and have a diverse range of qualificatons including Lead Auditor in Occupational Health & Safety, Lead Auditor for Quality Systems, and Certificate IV in Workplace Training.
Auditors	KRS auditors have extensive knowledge and experience of HSSE requirements as they apply to a diverse range of industry types. Upon joining KRS our auditors undertake a development program which includes intense training in KRS auditing techniques together with our client's HSSE requirements. It is a KRS requirement that all of our auditors attain their Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety.
